One week prior to your installation date, our installers will contact you to confirm dates and times and to ensure you have no questions or concerns.
On the installation date we will arrive promptly and professionally and immediately start the installation process. The time this takes will vary depending on the designs needed to be installed.
Once completed, OzMarks thoroughly inspects all work to ensure it is of the highest standard. You will receive a courtesy call throughout the following week to ensure you are happy with our completed works.

Our Thermoplastic suppliers are located overseas, therefore our supplies are shipped over to us. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to delays in receiving the products so to avoid extended waiting periods we recommend booking Thermoplastic works in advance.
They don’t dry as such, they cool down so (depending on weather) 15 mins to 1 hour is normal. All our work is done outside of school hours and over school holidays.
Our thermoplastic markings are very low maintenance. If the markings become dirty please use warm soapy water and a yard brush to keep them looking vibrant.
Because of the nature of the product, during very hot dry days in the summer the thermoplastic does tend to soften slightly but they are still safe to be used during this period.
We recommend that vehicles are not parked over the thermoplastic markings as tyre marks can be left on the surface.
Do Not use degreasing detergents at any time.
Yes. Very rarely prone to damage, but easily rectified.
Yes, if required, but as with all surface markings that are designed to be permanent it may leave a “ghosting" on the sub surface.
